Running Forever were delighted to send a contingent of 22 to the inaugural Minster Milers 10K Mash, it’s always great to support new local events. The course promised lots of hills and it certainly delivered those along with bright sunshine and a great atmosphere.
Mike Threlfall was our first man home, his 44.13 time earning him first place in the V50 category. Close behind was Caroline Norris who took the first female finisher prize in 45.20. Dave Bullock tacked the hills to cross the line in 51.14, followed by Duncan Gordon (53.29), Simon Rowland (54.39) and Lee Derrick (55.55).

Birthday girl Helen Moffat started off her celebrations with a visit to the North Devon AONB Half Marathon where her 2.27 time got the party off to a great start.
Parkrun tourists ventured to Torbay Velopark, Moors Valley, Hereford, Lacing Beach Green and Woolacombe Downs. Thirty one took on the local course at Longrun Meadow where Emma Harris completed her 50th parkrun.
