Membership for 2024/25 is now open.
Please note that this form is for new or lapsed members only. If you were a paid up member in 2023/24 please do NOT use this form to renew your membership. You will receive an invoice directly from England Athletics after 1st April.
Our only method of payment is online – you will receive a link to pay from England Athletics using Stripe. Once your payment has been received you will be sent a welcome email with information about the club, including how to join our runs. If you haven’t received a request to pay within a few days please check your spam folder.
There are two types of membership. You can choose whether you want to be a competitive athlete registered with English Athletics (EA) or be an unregistered (non-competitive/social/second claim) member. However please note that all members’ details are held on the EA portal.
While you will be able to compete in road races unattached, members who wish to represent Running Forever RC and wear club colours (and claim the registered athlete discount on entry fees) in road running events held under UKA rules will need to be registered. After 1 year of registered membership you will eligible to enter a ballot for the club’s London marathon places. If you never enter any road races but just want to be a member of the club choose the non-registered entry option. Please ensure you choose the correct option using the drop down menu on the form below.
The club is also a member of the Association of Running Clubs (ARC) and all members can claim affiliated entry to races with an ARC licence. All members of the club can also enter trail races with a Trail Running Association (TRA) licence and claim the reduced entry fee.
Membership costs either £29.00 a year for EA registered members (this includes the £19 registration fee which is passed directly to EA) or £10.00 a year for non-registered members, and runs from 1st April to 31st March each year.
If you join as a brand new member from January through to March you will get up to fifteen months membership (i.e. through to the end of March in the following year). We regret we cannot extend this offer to current members or members renewing a lapsed membership or if you have previously held an EA URN with another club, because of England Athletics rules that are out of our control.

When you join, we will provide England Athletics with your personal data which they will use to enable access to an online portal for you (called myAthletics). England Athletics will contact you to invite you to sign into and update your MyAthletics portal (which, amongst other things, allows you to set and amend your privacy settings).
