Further afield, in not PB conditions four members took part in the Palma Half and full marathon. The race is advertised as Sunny but on the morning of the race heavy rain erupted, delaying the start by 1 hour. Despite this setback Ron Foord ran the full marathon in 3:55 followed by Damon Butler in 4:22. Running the half were Karen Chapman and Sam Cross who finished in 2:29.
