An intrepid duo of Running Forever athletes fancied a day at the seaside so, in true RFRC fashion, they didn’t take the car, but took part in the Run to The Seaside 50K event. After a run through some beautiful Dorset countryside, Martin Webb got his toes wet in 4.15, with Rob Murr hitting the sand in 6.18.
Sandra Moffat took on the imaginatively named Race with No Witty Name ultra. Looked like a bit of mud fest from the photos so well done on completing the 50K (and a bit more) in 7 hours.
It was PB time for Michael Turk on Sunday where he took an amazing 19 minutes off his half marathon PB for a 1.54 finish at Dorney Lake.
